Terms of service

This is an Agreement (“Agreement”) between SBC Technology Inc., herein (“SBC”), the entity agreeing to the terms herein (“Participant”, “You”, “you” or “user”)
If You do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, You must not use or access the Service. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, You represent that You have the authority to bind that company to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Warranty Disclaimer
SBC provides the software "as is" with defects. SBC AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, We disclaim all warranties. SBC does not warrant that the Software will be free from bugs, errors or other defects.
2. Definition
1.1 The "GDriveFlow'' product is a Google App Engine based workflow software. Available through the Google Workspace Marketplace and installed in only Google Workspace.
1.2 “User” means a Google Workspace user who is permitted by the Google Workspace administrator to use GDriveFlow within a domain. Users who have been assigned a GDriveFlow license can initiate (request) a workflow document and approve the workflow document. The users who are not assigned a GDriveFlow license, cannot initiate (request) a workflow document, but can approve or deny as approvers.
1.3 "Documentation" means the documentation associated with this product which is provided with the installation of the GDriveFlow product.
1.4 "Terms of service " means (1) You may not distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute GDriveFlow without SBC's permission. (2) GDriveFlow has limited, non-exclusive use rights. 3) Reverse engineering, decompiling, and disassembly are prohibited for the purpose of obtaining the source code of this product.
1.5 "Use" means the installation of this product in a domain using Google Workspace and use for the term specified in this agreement.
3. Service License
SBC grants to users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this product as follows
3.1 Installation.
The user must use Google Workspace (or G Suite). Google Workspace administrator can install SBC GDriveFlow from the G Suite Marketplace through the installation guide.
3.2 Remove
The G Suite administrator may remove this product from the G Suite service at any time for the purpose of expiration, 30 day trial period, or service termination.
3.3 Scope of use.
Users of Google Workspace installed within a domain are eligible for use by anyone with a Google Workspace account within that domain, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3.4 User’s Data
The users own all the data that the user creates. This product can create metadata using user generated data. This metadata can only be used for internal system operation and improvement.
Ownership of all data generated by the user remains with the user. This product can create metadata using customer-generated data, and this metadata is used only for internal system operation purposes. Documents or files attached to the workflow document are stored in the user's Google Drive, and the ownership also belongs to the user.
3.5 Confidentiality
User’s confidential information means all of the user's business and technical information and must include the user's data. SBC's confidential information refers to services other than the user's data. Confidential Information must not include any public domain (any information other than a violation of this Agreement) received by a third party you have independently developed or otherwise restricted. Except for the affiliates, employees, agents, professional advisors or third party suppliers participating in this Service under this Agreement and those who agree to keep them confidential, we will not disclose Confidential Information. SBC uses user’s confidential information solely to exercise your rights under this Agreement and to fulfill its obligations under reasonable care to keep it confidential.
3.6 30-days trial
The users are free to use for 30 days after installation, and after the end of the 30-days trial period, the service will automatically be terminated if no additional contract for continued use is made.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Information we collect :
What information GDriveFlow uses : user’s name, email and Google Workspace Group email, Google Drive docs information like title,id,docUrl, Calendar details title, id, owner’s email. G Suite Directory is used for user lists.
Why GDriveFlow use it : GDriveFlow uses name email for better experience of product and show information in product.GDriveFlow uses Google Workspace Groups for adding members and assigns only view permission for attached docs. The Google Workspace Directory is used to assign approvers in workflow requests. The Google Calendar is used to save events in to show users and an administrator into the page for Leave Management.
SBC collects information in two ways:
Information the user gives us. For users who provide the necessary approvals during account settings and login, SBC collects information from Google Workspace to provide better services to all users. This includes the first name, last name, email address, and Google Workspace groups users belong to. This information is periodically synchronized. SBC does not store passwords or documents in applications.
Information we collect as users use the GDriveFlow service. SBC Technology can gather specific information about how users use the product. This includes situations such as how users use specific features and when users use products. Information is collected by the data log. GDriveFLow logging system automatically collects information such as Internet protocol addresses, browser types, browser languages, recommended URLs, access features, generated errors, time zones, operating system information, and other information sent from your HTTP request header. Save this information to a log file. SBC Technology uses these log files to analyze trends, manage and improve applications. SBC Technology does not collect or store applications or user specific data as part of the log.
4.2 How we use the information we collect
SBC uses the above information for general purposes such as providing services, billing, identification and authentication, service improvements and research. We can keep your communication record with users so that users can address any challenges they may face when they contact SBC.
Secure Google APIs are used to get the user’s name, email, Google Group information, Google Drive files, Google Workspace Directory, Calendar on behalf of users.
Use Google’s Email and profile API to get the user's name, email.
Directory Admin SDK Directory API is used to get user name, email address from G suite
Google Drive API is used to get data for attached files from user’s Google Drive
Google Group API is used to to create and add members
Spreadsheet API is used to upload data and Import data from GDriveFlow into Spreadsheet,
Calendar API is used to add and create events into Calendar,
4.3. Security of user data
SBC adopts industry-appropriate data collection, storage, processing methods and security measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and data stored in user accounts. SBC will notify users reasonably as soon as reasonably possible due to security breaches that may affect customer data. Access to user’s names and email addresses is only available to employees who need to know such information in connection with providing services to users and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. SBC does not share user’s data with third parties or sell personally identifiable information provided by the user for the purpose of sending user advertisements for products or services that are not related to SBC.
5. Terms of Trial
SBC is not warranted to be final, and may contain errors, bugs, and other issues, including pre-sales or beta software ("Trial Software"), 30-day trial version.
6. Immunity
SBC assumes no responsibility for any liability, damages, lawsuits, or damages incurred while installing and using this product.
7. Payment
If users receiving a free service exceeds the normal usage and SBC pays Google to use the Google App Engine, SBC may charge the user for the usage. In case of cost, we can establish a reasonable price by negotiating with the user with confidence. If users want to continue using the 30-day trial version after finishing the trial, users can use it after paying the fee after setting a reasonable cost in consultation with SBC.
This service is provided on a yearly basis. No refunds for the fees paid can be made.
8. Contract and renewal
8.1 Contract
The Agreement arises from the date the user first generates and uses the Service. The Services will continue to be available until the term of this Agreement has expired.
8.2 Renewal
Service renewals are made automatically every year unless the user notifies SBC 30 days before service renewal.
9. Service Termination
The contract may be terminated if the other party is in breach of this Agreement and the breach is not corrected within 30 days of receiving the email or written notice of the breach. The parties may terminate this Agreement by email or written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, (i). The service license is revoked and the user does not have the right to access the service. (ii). All schedules of the Services will terminate with the termination of this Agreement.
10. Technical support and maintenance
Users may receive updates and maintenance unless they use the free service or trial version.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This "Terms of Service" is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and all legal matters, including lawsuits related to the use of this software, are exclusive jurisdiction to the Seoul District Court of the Republic of Korea.
12. Ownership and Trademarks
(1). SBC reserves all rights in the Software and Services, including those not expressly granted in this Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks, and other software and services and related intellectual property rights are the property of SBC or its licensors and are protected by domestic and international copyright laws. A copy of the Software licensed under this Agreement must include all copyright and other notices contained in the original SOFTWARE.
All trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features used or associated with third party products or services ("Third Party Marks") that are made available through the Software or the Service Or the assets of that Licensee. You must not use or have the right to use the Third Party Mark unless such third party provider or such Licensee has given you explicit permission in writing.You must agree to the following: Do not use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other proprietary brand features of companies, organizations or organizations that may cause or cause confusion with the name, trademark, logo or function owner or authorized user is.
